Leaving Yosemite Valley, we drove through Sierras with the view of mountains...

... and some strange badlands and sedimentary rocks passing by our window
Turning North and taking course to Lake Tahoe, we pass turquoise waters of Mono Lake. Being utterly overwhelmed by Yosemite, we didn't even stop, so the pictures are taken from the car.
